Honestly, I cannot remember how I came across this portable gem but I do know it was after a long search on popular e-commerce sites looking for a portable charger that would do over 32a and not require that I donate an organ to afford. I took a chance on this one and sprang for the higher power 11kw 48a version (recommend you do the same so long as your wiring can handle it) and im so glad I did. This charger is the real deal and HEAVY duty. It comes with a nice bag, plastic mountable display box holster, plastic cable hanger & plug holster and the charger is made of heavy gauge cable and seems pretty weather resistant. I love the color display and all of the data points to tell you what the charger & car are doing. The fact that you can change the power output to accommodate your case specific needs is awesome; you can select 10, 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 amp if you go with the higher amperage version and for the small difference in price you'd be silly not to BUT make sure that your wiring and breakers can handle whatever amperage you select or you could cause problems....if you don't understand get an electrician involved as selecting a higher charge rate than your setup can handle can be dangerous. That said, this charger does have built in overheat passive safety stops at the plug and the charger box but this should not be relied upon solely. Aside from this the charger has a built in WIFI network to connect to and access via an IP so you can see the charger data remotely though you do have to be within its wifi range and switching to the charger network often can be a bit cumbersome....I wish it would just connect to the home wifi via application but for the price paid its not a dealbreaker and considering the charger is meant to be portable and not always in one spot I can see why they engineered this the way they did. This charger has a 14-50 plug so it can be taken many places and plugged in at many camp-sites and even many newer homes dryer plugs if you can reach. You can also get 14-50 plugs that convert to a regular 120v plug to use on the lowest amperage setting though obviously your charge time is far greater but its still great that it is an option. I've had this charger several months and waited to write this to be sure there were no problems but this sucker has been awesome so far. Easy to throw in the trunk for trips as a just in case but can also be used at 48a at home to really crank up the power and get a reasonably fast charge. Very versatile and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended for the price point!

Just plugged it in, and it worked! No issues. Good display, warranty
